Islamofascist AKP’s Vision For Turkish Women – Supported by EU and Western Media

Veiled women in Abant, a popular resort in modern day Turkey

This picture is not taken in Iran, but in Abant – a popular mountain lake resort in a couple of hours distance from Istanbul. Since AKP, Turkey’s ruling party with islamic roots, took over, the number of veiled women has been snowballing not only in the countryside, but also in westernized big cities like Istanbul and Ankara. This is not a coincidence as AKP and its supporters are carrying out a ferocious campaign to cover Turkish women in headscarves, veils, and burkas in an effort to further islamicise the society.  Employees of the government and local municipalities won’t get promoted if their wifes are not covered… Businessmen whose wifes don’t wear a hearscarf won’t get a government contract… Covered women pressure their uncovered neighbors to put on a headscarf… In some small towns, it is impossible for some women and girls to go out in the street without wearing a headscarf.  Turkish press recently reported attacks on women not wearing headscarves by extremist islamic men.

AKP’s full-fledged plan to imprison Turkish women in their homes as preached by islam and its holy book, and return the Turkish society to medieval times is under way. While this islamic revolution is boiling at grassroots level, a courageous state prosecutor is stepping up and bringing charges against islamofascist AKP, which is using democracy and the European Union application process as a cover to abolish the secular republic and establish an autocratic khalifate in Turkey – just like Osama bin Laden would like.  And while all this is happening, European Union officials, from Jose Manuel Barrosso, EU Commission President,  to Olli Rehn, Commission member responsible for enlargement, and Joost Lagendijk, chair of the Joint Parliamentary Committee with Turkey, have not said a word to denounce the suppression of women and the surreptitious attack on secular society in Turkey. On the contrary, they have the balls to criticize the ongoing legal case against the Turkish hybrid of Hamas and Taliban in blatant disrespect of independent judiciary and to the applause of jihadists worldwide.

EU officials have an accomplice in patting the back of islamic extremists in Turkey: Western media outlets such as the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Financial Times have not only proved staunch supporters of AKP in spite of its radical islamic domestic policies, but their support has even bordered on propaganda on behalf of AKP.  This shows that they are either extremely ignorant about Turkey, or just want islamic terrorists to take over Turkey and beat down on Turkish women.

So, when you read a righteous-sounding article on women’s rights and emancipation in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, or Financial Times, remember that these newspapers are asslickers to a bunch of thugs who want to veil up Turkish women, confine them among four walls of their homes, and take away all their rights.  This is a blatant hypocrisy which is trumpeted as objective journalism to the unknowing readership of the Western world.

  1. i think that with the akp taking power it gave people more fredom to express themselves. and that is what matters most

  2. AKP taking power has given fundamentalists the courage to repress the rest of the society to adhere to islamic ways. An extremist party like AKP cares neither for democracy nor for freedoms but only uses democracy to establish an autocracy.

  3. this is not good, women have the right to choose what they want to where! if they want to wear a headscarf, let them wear it, if they don`t want to, then let them also.Thats why I dislike some Muslim people because they are so close minded and old fashioned.

    1. You are saying that “women have the right to decide” as far as I know, the women do still have the right to decide and now, unless some years ago, also the women who DO WANT to wear a headscarf are able to go to university and work etc. Instead of staying only at home as they earlier had to do if they did not wish to take off their head scarf.. How do you consider it right that in a country were majority of people are Muslim, a person could not work in a governmental position while wearing a headscarf? Is that EQUALITY?

  4. islam is not a frightening nor a radicular religion.. its the most peaceful religion on earth.. it never forces you to do anything, it depends on u and ur will.. islam is never against science and modernization, on the contrary it encourages you to search and learn.. its adaptable to every society and time and thats the miracle of islam, if a nation practices it properly, and adhere to it they will be one of the leading nations in the world. have u ever heard of the golden ages.. thats when there were true muslims who practiced their religion, they ruled the world and were amazing both in science and technology. what is written here is utterly complete nonsense..!!

  5. Many women are compelled to veil by their religion, they want to veil as the Quran instructs them. It is against human rights and AGAINST feminism to ban the veil in all public space, THAT is what truly imprisons women.

    1. IVE SEEN A LOT OF STUPID PPL, HEARD A LOT FROM THEN, BUT U ARE THE MOST STUPID OF THEM ALL. WOMEN WANT TO WEAR VEILS, IDIOT? THEY ARE BRAINWASHED BY THEIR RELIGION COZ EVERY RELIGION IS STUPID AND DANGEROUS. AND, IDIOT, NOWHERE IN QURAN SAYS THAT A WOMAN SHOULD COVER HEAR HEAD AND/OR HER FACE….

      1. Actually yes in the Quran it does suggest women to cover and yes I do know personally many people who wish to wear the headscarf but due to outsiders opinions cannot (people would think that they are brainwashed). I do not want to say that EVERYONE must cover, but if someone WANTS to she should be allowed to. In my opinion its is less offensive than walking on streets with very minimum clothing… But everyone with their style..
